Tulip Cretica ‘Hilde’ – 10 Bulbs

£8.00

Availability: In stock

10 Bulbs

A rare, dainty little tulip with real charm. Its star-shaped blooms have an ever-so-slight pink blush and a tasteful but dramatic deeper pink edging on the tips.

As a botanical tulip, the flowers are smaller than modern hybrids – but ‘Hilde’ more than makes up for it by sending up several blooms per stem, and it will repeat this show year after year.

At around 20–25cm tall, it’s perfect for pots, gravel gardens, or naturalistic planting schemes where subtle detail can really shine.

Your only regret will be that you didn’t plant it years ago.

Height – 25cm

Spread – 10cm

Plant – Autumn

Flowering – Mar, Apr

Spacing – 10-15cm
